Shipping Policy 

We use multiple carriers, such as USPS (Priority Mail and Flat Rate), UPS, FedEx, etc. for all orders placed via our website. In some cases, delivery to PO Boxes may not be available. Shipping rates are calculated during checkout, and multiple shipping options and rates may be offered when available. At this time, we only ship to addresses in the United States.

 

We take orders 24 hours a day on our website. Orders are shipped business days (Monday through Friday). Most orders placed before 1:00 PM EST will ship on or before the next business day. We do not ship on holidays recognized by the US Postal Service. You will be sent an order confirmation upon checkout, and a shipping notification with tracking number once your order ships. 

 

For large orders, we may offer special shipping which will be discussed with you by our office prior to shipment.

 

Warm Weather

 

Darling’s Doggie Doobs is not responsible for melting or other damage caused by heat exposure during shipping. Most products will not be affected and will not melt in transit. However, some types of product such as gummies can melt in the warm weather. We can't guarantee our heat-sensitive products will arrive in perfect shape — but we will do our best to ensure they do. Here is how you can help: Be present for delivery and have someone available to accept the package so it doesn't sit outside in the heat. If the box feels warm, open it immediately to expose the product to the cooler air. Also, give the product a chance to firm up again before handling further. Please keep in mind, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for a melted product due to warm weather. If you are concerned about the possibilities of receiving a heat-sensitive product, and it being melted, we encourage you to order a different product. We reserve the right to delay or postpone shipment (with your knowledge) if we feel that it is too hot to ship.

Return and Refund Policy 

By making a purchase you are demonstrating a clear understanding that we are selling these products as containing CBD (cannabidiol) from hemp oil. These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any disease. Always check with your Veterinarian before starting a new dietary supplement program. We are committed to complete compliance with FDA regulations and, as such, because these products have not been evaluated by the FDA, we make no claims as to any benefits for products containing CBD (cannabidiol). If you decide to purchase our products, you are purchasing these products with the understanding of the present status of CBD (cannabidiol) products. 

 

Please email darlingsdoggiedoobs@gmail.com if there are any issues with the product you received and we will be more than happy to speak with you.  If you wish to return your unopened product, please see below as to what is considered an acceptable return and our returns process. 

 

• You may return damaged or defective products. Please return along with your receipt so that we can determine what was damaged in our effort for continuous improvement of our procedures.

• If you get a product that is damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt (you may email us at darlingsdoggiedoobs@gmail.com. This may help us ascertain if the product was damaged during the shipping process.

• You may in some cases return unopened and unused product in good condition. This may occur if you ordered the wrong item or if we sent the wrong item.

• All returns must be made within 7 days of your receiving the product.

 

We may issue you a refund or credit. If the problem is the result of our error (for example, you received the wrong item) we will cover shipping or mailing costs. You may contact us to find out the best way to return such items (email us at darlingsdoggiedoobs@gmail.com)

 

Please note that our products are consumable and opened or partly used products may not be returned.

 

**Please also note that we do not have a money back guarantee, as CBD affects everyone differently. We are not able to accept back any product that has been opened or used**’

 

Returns Process

 

1) Email us at darlingsdoggiedoobs@gmail.com or call us at 954-818-1584 during normal business hours (Monday-Friday 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Eastern Standard Time) as soon as possible to alert us about a problem. We ask that you contact us within 48 hours of receipt if the product is damaged or if your order is incorrect. The product must be returned within 7 days. We will provide a return shipping address and shipping instructions.

2) If you are sent a product you did not order and return it, it must be returned unopened and in good condition. 

3) If you send the product back to us, please send or communicate to us the tracking number and shipping details so that we may process the return as quickly as possible.

4) Once we receive the package, we will be in touch with you about the next step. If we refund the product, we reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee. We will email you confirmation and it may take 7 to 10 days for the refund to be made.
